SOUNDING BOARD SESSIONS
ways to work
Is a Sounding Board session right for you?
A Sounding Board session is the right fit when you need a senior digital experience perspective on something specific. You might be sitting in a workshop with an external Shopify agency and want someone in the room asking the right UX questions. You might be reviewing a vendor pitch for a personalisation platform. You might be planning a new app and want a critique of the brief before you commit. You might just want a second pair of eyes before a big decision goes to the board. Senior input, in the moments where it matters most.

How Sounding Board sessions work
The process is simple. You book the time, brief me on the question, and I show up - to your meeting, your workshop, your vendor pitch, your Friday afternoon problem-solve. Half a day or a full day, depending on what's needed. Pay-as-you-go, no retainer, no minimum.
The Simple 3-Step Process
Book Your Session
Choose half-day or full-day. Sessions can be booked in advance for a planned moment, or arranged at short notice when something specific comes up.
Brief Me Ahead
A short brief before the session - what the meeting is, who's in it, what you want from me, any documents to read in advance. I come in prepared, not asking questions you've already answered five times.
I Show Up
Joining the workshop, the call, the meeting - bringing a senior digital experience perspective into the room. You get the input you need, in the moment you need it.
the outcome
Senior input, when you need it.
The result is better decisions. The right questions asked in the room before money gets committed. A senior voice on the brief before the agency runs with it. A second pair of eyes on the platform decision before you sign the contract. It's the smallest way to work together - and often the highest-leverage.
