my vision

I'm Chris. I've spent my career leading digital and ecommerce in-house for brands across retail, fashion, home and health - owning the website, app and marketplace experience day to day. Sitting in the seat you're sitting in: making the case for investment, untangling the platform, briefing the team, shipping the change, watching the data on Monday morning.


I started And Newton to do that work for ambitious brands directly. Two ways in: as a senior consultant on defined projects, or as a fractional digital experience lead embedded in your team. The name is half my surname, half a nod to how I work - in genuine partnership with the brands I work with.

In today's D2C world, you can't just buy growth. You have to build it - through a deep understanding of your customer, a brand they connect with and an experience that earns their loyalty. That's been the common thread through my entire career: a belief that the most successful brands are the ones that blend commercial smarts with creative soul.
